Account Deletion

Request the permanent deletion of your SanAuto account and all associated personal data.

Important Security & Data Notice

Pursuant to the personal data protection regulations (PDPA) and mobile store guidelines (Apple & Google), deleting your account is a permanent and irreversible action. Once processed:

•All personal identification information (eKYC, name, email, phone) will be permanently erased.
•Your transaction history, active listings, and completed/active bids will be deleted or anonymized where legal compliance allows.
•Your Trust Score will be reset and any pending refunds or active balances must be settled prior to deletion.
•You will lose access to the SanAuto Dealer App, Partner Web Portal, and all historical inspection reports associated with your account.

Data to be permanently deleted

The following records will be permanently removed from our active database and cannot be recovered:

Personal profile & eKYC verification records (ID/Passport, face scan photo)
Trust score, ratings, feedback, and dealer badges
Active auction listings, saved searches, and wishlist items
All past notifications and mobile device push registration tokens

Legally Retained Data (Compliance)

In compliance with Vietnamese Tax Law and Government Decree 123/2020/NĐ-CP on invoicing, certain records must be retained for auditing purposes:

Regulatory Notice:

1.Issued electronic invoices (e-invoices) and payment records (retained for 10 years)
2.Bidding logs and completed auction histories (to ensure transaction auditability and anti-fraud compliance)
3.Dispute history and official resolution logs related to past auctions
